Why can't I like some people's posts?
I tried to like an answer and the page refreshed and nothing happened :/
Are you using a cellphone to access the site? I use mine and in order to “like” an answer under a question you have to open the question and be on that page. You cant like it from the main question page. You also cant “like” comments under comments, tips, how-tos, or status updates from a cellphone usually.
That usually happens either when you have already liked that particular post and just forgot, or you have already rated 3 or more answers/comments on that particular question and you cannot like anymore…which, I’ve found, usually only happens when you are rating answers to one of your questions.
Nope, I’m on my laptop :/ and I haven’t had problems liking any other posts
Nah it was the first answer posted and it wasn’t my question :/ and someone else answered and I could like their answer
Hmm, that’s odd. I’m not sure then, could be some sort of bug? Maybe you should drop a note to one of the admins about this issue, that way it can be taken care of if it’s a bug or something. :]
