What do you say to people who think what you say is always about them?

just leave them alone i guess…i dont see how people pointing to themselves should bother you in any way?

nah doesn’t bother me, it just irritates me tht fact that they always seem to think whatever i post on my status seems to be about them so which sort of pisses me off cuz basically they’re like fully pointing at themselves saying (yes it’s me alex) you see what i mean now?

You could tell the that they’re not really THAT interesting to you. And that you have lots of other people in your life who you’re writing to…

Just tell them directly.. It si really not about you

I would say to them: You really should think of something other than yourself and realize that I’m doing just that.

Tell them to stop being so paranoid. My friend does that all the time and we just say ‘we aren’t talking about you’ then laugh and carry on talking but we just ignore them if they keep on doing it

you mean takes everything you say and turns it into “you offended me”? if i were you and i have had to do this tell them contrary to your popular believes the world revolves around the sun and not you. or if they continue just reply well if the shoe fits wear it and walk away, they obviously have some kind of guilty conscious,
