Do you think that all of the people who claim they have come in contact with a ghost, or have been haunted by a ghost are lying?

I think some might be, but whether or not ghosts are real, I think it is very possible for people to make themselves believe it. I can state fairly confidently that if you hooked some of these people up to a lie detector test, they would pass if they said they saw one. Some people do believe in spirits and ghosts, and the mind is a powerful thing.

Nope. Some are, some aren’t. I have a strong belief that I have my own twin sister haunting me; I can feel someone hold my hand or hug me and no one’s there. I came home once to find loads of crayon scribbles over my wall and my dad or older brother wouldn’t have it. I have a theory that I have had half of me missing all my life and that when I die, I’ll be with her and I’ll be whole again. :D Yay for me x] I prefer the term ‘spirits’ as well. Someare fake, some aren’t. Depends x]

No I do not believe they are lying, i’ve seen things that I can’t explain with any scientific explination.

i dont think they all are. some are the ones that are just want attention, i cant tell the difference between the ones who are lying and the ones who really thought they saw one. anythings possible. there are a bunch of things that people dont know exist that do exist on this earth. for all i know vampires could exist and there might be some pple who claim to see them.

When i was little i used to see ghost i totally believe there real but i believe that most people who say they have are lying because most accounts are false most ghost dont do what they say they did

Honestly I think ghosts exist. My friend sees his dead cuzin all the time and he’s not the 1 to lie. But I do think some people r lying. But not most. Also u culd make urself think u saw something if ur scared enough.

Now it depends on what you mean by lying. I think a majority of them believe they are telling the truth. I dont buy it. There’s never actually been any evidence of it. But just because it isnt real in an outside objective view point, does not mean it is not real to them. People who are psychotic actually hear voices and see things. They’re not lying. Not that I’m comparing the two, I had a professor of mine who told us about seeing or feeling a spirit. She was most assuredly not crazy.

Many are lying, others are simply hallucinating. Hallucinations can happen to normal people under everyday circumstances. Sights, sounds, and other strange things can play tricks on the mind.

The fact remains that despite millions of supposed encounters with ghosts and supernatural beings, nobody has been able to actually verify a single encounter. Yet, there have been thousands of proven hoaxes. That should tell us something.

whoops i said something to someone else about your comment f’sho means for sure. but yeah they are definitely lying because it’s your mind picturing things that you’ve seen in a movie or tv show or you just think it’s happening.

Not if they actually believe it. Many people experience supernatural things that, whether they are real or not, they fully believe in it. Doesn’t mean they are lying.

Some are some arnt.. i can usually tell, because i have come in contact with them. I still have scars from waking up and having claw marks on me…
