Pc Locked

THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU’RE HELP, BUT MY PROBLEM HAS BEEN SOLVED… SOMEONE TOLD ME TO OPEN UP MY PC, LOOK FOR A COIN SHAPED BATTERY AND THEN TAKE IT OUT FOR A FEW MINUTES AND THEN PUT IT BACK IN, WHICH I DID, THEN I SWITCHED THE PC BACK ON AND WHAALA, IT WORKED NO MORE PASSWORD ASKING BLACK SCREEN :) :) :)

I was going to recommend cutting off the power supply, but there has to be a simpler way to talk her through this, lol

nope not at all, it’s kinda like a black dos screen that opens requesting a password, I tried pushing the f8 button to log on in safe mode but not even that wants to open.

Have you tried logging in without a password? If no password has been entered, then it should just be left blank.

Try hitting Esc, or typing in ‘exit’.

Is it allowing you to log on to different accounts or is there only one account?

yes, I have left it blank, but still does not want to work
