Do you have to pay for Skype?

I think if you do a skype 2 skype call. Where you have skype and the person you are trying to call has skype that it’s free. If not I think you must pay, bur I’m not for sure.

its free to call people who have skype accounts i use it almost everyday to call my family its a great software. i haven’t used to call peoples phone but im sure they gonna charge u for it

If any of the PAY options are used, you have to have a Skype account that uses a credit card, or else you arrange to put a pre-payment into a Skype account, and you must use that account at least once every 180 days or the money defaults to Skype. (They send you warnings every week or so when it gets to the sixth month.) This last is what I use.

no you done need to pay for Skype if you are using it for video calls ..but if you want to send SMS and call mobile phones then you will need to pay a monthly fee to use it…. but other than that it is free

No But if u want to upgrade and get all of the features than yes it does

if ur calling someone online its free but if u actually call someone on skype its like a pound a minute or something
