ok restart your computer in safe mode with command prompt. type in “net users” then look at the name for the administrator. then type in “net user [admin name] *” with out the brackets and quotations but make sure you include the astrix and all the spaces. then it will ask you to type in the new password it will look like nothing is typing but it is. after your done hit your enter button. then restart and type in your new password. and your in. let me know you have any questions or if it works out for you
