Great advice, go to the doctor. Have you fallen or sat down really hard lately? You may have fractured your coccyx and didn’t even realize it. If it continues you can get a special donut cushion that will help ease the pain when you are sitting.,

I have the same thing and it has an actual name that sounds like it’s straight out of a fantasy but I swear, it’s real. It’s called “ mycoxicshurts” sometimes it will stop but like me, You may have it for a long time, even for the rest of your life, I’m 13 and I’ve had it for about 6 years. Sorry to give you the bad news :’-(

I would go to a Dr. so they can take an X ray. Some times if there is a misalignment between the tailbone and the pelvic bone it can cause pain when going from sitting to standing. If it isnt that maybe its as simple as a pulled muscle but to be on the safe side, have an x ray done and see what they say..
