Pain...

When my period comes on I get the normal -CRAMPS-…but at the same times my thighs hurt and sometimes cant walk… anybody else??

It’s a normal and common occurance among women when they have their period. Usually because they lose a lot of magnesium and other minerals when it is that time.

Get a magnesium supplement such as slow mag and you should see the cramps go away.

well, I don’t get those, but that jut might be normal. I don’t know. but if it really hurts that badly(so much that you can’t walk), then you should talk a doctor or a parent. when I get my period sometimes it just feels like im bloated…and the only “annoying thing” is that when I get my period, I can actually feel it ‘come out my vagina’. might sound weird, but yaaa… so I hope I helped =]

That’s how mine get sometimes. When I was 13-14 I talked to my doctor about it and she put me on birth control to make the pain go away and it really helped!

My advice would just be to talk to your family doctor because this may just be the way your period is and it’s miserable having to be in pain in like that.
