Can I use Page Plus on a Droid?

It was not bought directly from Verizon and it is currently deactivated.

Unless the application is “stand alone” and doesn’t require an active cellular account, then no, you wouldn’t be able to use it.

The best way to figure it out is try running the application & see what happens, if you already have it installed.
