overweight teenager

im an overweight teenager- 16 years old 200 lbs 5’5- and I am trying to lose weight, hopefully enough to look good before school starts. I’ve tried many times and nothing really works. I am now working on the treadmill 30 minutes a day and eating super healthy but it isnt seeming to cut it…any tips on how to lose weight fast? im willing to do pretty much anything…

You can do it. I have faith in ya. I’m actually in the same boat, on needing to loose weight. The first step is to realize that you need to loose it, and want to. So good for you, you got that accomplish. My suggestions to you is to start drinking tons of water, eat healthy, and try to fit any amount of exercising in as you can. Sry I’m not that helpful
