How can I lose some weight?

I’m over weight and I want to know what can eat to loose some pounds. I really did loose a lot of weight but I want to loose more. I was a size 22 and I went down to a size 15 in a year. I want to be a size 10. What can I ear or what can I do to loose about 40 pounds? Oh and by the way I dont know what I did to loose that much.

omg its hard but you have to try, but this is what I did, everday I ate tunafish and I ate it everyday and I lost about 20 pds. it was hard but worth it =]

I say cut down on junk foods and eat things like carrots and lower milk like 2% or skim things like that it wored for me.

Just eat raw fruits and vegetables and those pounds will slide right off of you, and you won’t gain them back.

HEY girl…WELL YOU SHOULD GO TO A NUTRITIONIST SO HE CAN TELL YOU WHAT DIET IS BEST FOR YOU AND HEALTHY TOO because IT IS BETTER THAN GOING ANOREXIC ;)

Well you could go on an 800 calorie a day diet (where you only eat 800 calories a day) and go to the gym every other day. My sisters Frien did that for about 2-3 weeks, and she lost 16 ponds.
