Am 25 years old 5 2” and I weight 145 lbs. And I have a thyroid problem and dont know what to do to loose weight. What can I do?

Hi there. I’m 4’ 10” and did weigh almost 146 pounds and am finding success with what’s called the 30-30-30 plan. It’s simple: make sure you get no more than 30 grams of fat, get at least 30 grams of fiber and walk 6 days a week for 30 minutes each day with moderate intensity. Two of those days you will carry hand weights. You will also have to keep a food journal…do you know how to do that? I’m now down to 138 and am now incorporating some easy stuff into my walking routine and although have not lost as much as I wish, I’ve built up a lot of muscle and do not look my weight. I have a lot of tips and tricks if you’re interested or you can wait and see who else posts.
