Am I overweight at 5'2 and 110 to 114 pounds?

I’m 13-years-old and I am around 5ft. 2 I look at myself in the mirror and think I am overweight. I usually weigh between 110 and 114 pounds. I usually suck it in because I am ashamed. So my question is am I overweight and do I need to excercise?

the healthy weight for 13 yr olds is actually 115 lbs. so your actually at just the right weight. but if you dont feel healthy you should start exercising regularly and eating right. get your friends and family to support you in your fitness plan because it helps to have support.

You’re not overweight but you should still exercise so that you’re healthy. Most of us aren’t as lean as we’d like but that doesn’t mean we’re overweight.

no ur not over weight …..doctors usually say that for that height its perfectly healthy….if u have just a little extra there but not enough to notice by other ppl dont be ashamed of it embrace it lol….my best friend is about 5’2 and she weighs 130 her doctor told her that she was fine at that way most of the time if ur that height they say the ok range is about 125 to 130
