How can I overcome my habit of falling for white guys with big black hair?

It’s very simple, you are attracted to them. As you get older you will become attracted to other aspects of a person as well as looks such as sincerity, humor, intelligence, communication skills ect. and along with looks, this what’s called a package. A blonde or red headed guy might grab your attention because he has other “things” about him that you find attractive.

You don’t seem to understand how love works. There’s someone for everyone and I’m sure you will find a man who loves you for who you are. And do you really think that there’s nobody out there who likes girls who aren’t girly? My girlfriend isn’t very girly at all and I love her with all my heart!

Do you think that a black girl and a white guy can’t be happy together? While there is a black culture and all, your color makes little difference in love. It’s not about black people or white people, it’s about people.

Munnesa, we’re all human beings and blacks and whites are not nearly that different from each other. A boy who doesn’t like you because you’re “not his kind” is a racist and you should avoid that kind of person anyway. I am white and have a black girlfriend who I don’t think of any differently than I would if she was white. The black subculture influences her personality a bit, but that doesn’t make me think she’s “not my kind”. In fact, I love black people. I believe that God created differences in the countries and races of Man so that we can learn from each other.

Follow your heart because it never fails. Use you head because it’s there for us to make the right decsicions. Do not worry about what your peers think because in the end it won’t matter. Be who you are with courage but still be ready to explain and defend yourself when you have to. Be courageous and it will all work out.

They have no reason to not liking you…For example…if they don’t like you because of your skin tone, or maybe even your race…Then they judge and discriminate maybe. It’s not the beauty in the outside that matters, it’s in the inside. looks are just a plus. Maybe you’ll end up liking someone different. I’ve like girls who are older, younger, different race. It doesn’t matter. It is the personality that you have to look at. Don’t think about what they think of you… That will lower your self esteem.

Either way, if people can have relationships with people from different countries, they can with people from different races. A race is only a subculture and your culture/subculture doesn’t define who you are because everyone’s individual.

Well, that’s hardly the point. The same applies to any racial differences. But I should stop talking because I’m doing a pathetic job of expressing my point.
