over weight

I am little over weight.I want to lose about 80 pounds,I am over 200,but close to 210.I am 5 feet and 5 inches tall.I want lose 80 pounds in 2 months or less/help please.

Try the Abs Diet. It’s all about eating healthy and exercising. I absolutely love the book. It’s full of recipes for healthy eating and it has a section of pick this not that when grocery shopping. http://www.absdiet.com/uof/absdiet/

I also subscribe to Women’s Health magazine. They have a poster series that’s really nice. And they are usually simple workouts. (a lot better than compared to the ones from mens health that my hunnie does) WH also has TONS of health info that is up to date. http://www.womenshealthmag.com/

you want to loose 80lbs in 2 months, you need to see your physician, loosing so much weight at once can be very unhealthy, i am overweight, i would love to loose weight, i am going to the gym, watching what i am eating, try and not eat after 6pm drink alot of water stay away from soft drinks try and not eat bread, eat alot of fruit, vegetables, fish, chicken (not fried, bake it or boil it, email me and tell me what your life style is like, how you eat, times you eat, let’s try and support each other!!!!!!!

losing that much weight in such a short time is extremely unhealthy not 2 mention almost impossible. u should lose weight slowly but steadily. exercise,eat right. dont crash diet,or take weight loss pills because trust me u will regret it!
