Information on osmosis?

For my bio lab report I have to write about osmosis, I did most of it all ready but I need to extend my introdutcion… The thing is I dont know what to write. This is all I have for my intro:

In our biology lesson we did an investigation on the effect of temperature change on osmosis rate. Osmosis is the movement of water from a region of high water potential to a region of low water potential. One example of osmosis is the movement of water into and out of cells.

Please help me, would really appreciate it :) thxx

What is high water potential? (describe it) I believe there’s something about a partially permeable membrane? I’d describe what that is The example can definitely be expanded upon…
