orbit downloader problem

I use the newest version.xp pro os.I reformatted and repetitioned my external hdd.now orbit wants to go to cache in external petition drive f.but thers no f anymore.now its m.how do I change the location.my orbit wont work anymore.I only get “F:\ORBIT FILENAME\CACHE\00002748-00000003 AND CREATE FILE ERROR.I SET THE DOWN LOAD LOCATION TO M,BUT IT STILL REMEMBERS F.I UNINSTALL USING “SMARTER UNINSTALLER”,JV16,ADD AND REMOVE,RGEDIT,CLEANED ALL FREE SPACE WITH JV16.I ALSO USED KILLBOX.STILL WHEN I REINSTALL ,IT REMEMBERS THE OLD SETTING.HOW DO YOU COMPLEATELY REMOVE TRIAL PROGRAMS AND ANY PROGRAM COMPLETELY SO IT CAN`T FIND IT SELF AGAIN SHORT OF A REFORMAT?HOW DO I FIX ORBIT?

no.I have paragon partition professional manager 9.0.I solved the simptem by adding a fouth partition F.that solved the problem.but thats cheating.most importenley I need to know how do you completely remove a program so that the reinstall doesnt find its self.like a trial program.for 2 years this problems been plageing me.2nd ,,orbit would not change it`s cache file to a new partition.what secreats do software desighners do that prevents me from eraseing all of their program?I use external hdd for every thing except my os.
