Research shows it isnt. People are more likely to be attracted to and have longer lasting relationships with people who are similar to them. What is true, is that people who have complementary (different but not opposite) aspects work well together…

To be honest I reckon it is both. It depends on is they look good, have a good personality and after that they could be a total oppisite to me but I would still like them :)
I don’t think it is. The guy I like is a lot like me and I think he likes me. Well hopefully. But another guy who likes me is the compleat opposite I mean he is one of my friends but I would never date him I couldn’t.
In magnets when you place two that are the same they repel each other but when you place to different ones they attract. I use to like this girl that was very different from me so yeah I do think its true.
I do because you can do 50% and he is your other 50%
