omq..the deadline is here and I NEED him.!!

I like this boy a lot and I want him to know,I also think he likes me too.I have liked him since September and it’s now June and we have 1 week of school left.He has asked me many times before did I like him but I have always said no thinking the negative but now I gotta know and I guess what I am asking is how do I ask him to go out with me or does he like me.
