Ok you gotta believe me on this one, CONFIDENCE, GOOD SELF-ESTEEM, and SELF-RESPECT. Seriously, give it a shot! You’ll see a difference in yourself and your relationships with guys or any other people.

Few Tips: -Walk with your straightest posture -Always try to walk a little fast paced (it shows you’re busy and statistics show that people who walk faster look more confident! and remember, confidence is one of the key things for being a sexier you!) -get some good perfume. scent plays a big role with guys believe it or not. -stop being lazy and brush your teeth at night! or.. just cheat and use Crest White Strips. -Act like youre angelina jolie or someone you really look up to. pretend youre them when youre in a tough situation or something and try to look confident and give off that angelina “glare” lol -dress up in something you feel good in, a stronger person in, a pretty person in, even if its just a tshirt or baggy pants. if it looks good and makes you feel good, shiiit why not!?

omfg I sound like im advertising or something haha but no seriously you guys, if you’re down on yourselves or just need an ego boost or something, just try these things and try to think of positive things no matter how lame it may seem to you, or go for some early morning walks or something! it gives you time to think and get away from it all and just relax!

trust me I walk in the morning and it actually makes me feel better because I feel healthier and prettier and I know im losing some of my love handles ;) hah even though im like in good shape! but yeah I just want to tone up anyway, for MYSELF f.y.I. (it boosts up my self esteem.) ;)
