Is olive oil a good skin moisturizer?
I just want to know if olive oil is really good as skin moisturizer, how can I know if the olive oil im using is of best quality?
For a good all around body skin treatment, use olive oil after your bath, or in the bath water. You don’t even need virgin olive oil for the bath, just use the cheapest you can find. If you use it in your bath water, the tub will be slippery. If you want to use it after a bath or shower, apply it before you dry off and it will hold in the moisture better.
And don not put it on your face or areas that are already overly oily and acne prone.
