Have you ever seen a ghost?

this isn’t a do you you believe (so no need for ‘I don’t believe stuff!”‘)

this is a hardcore, have you seen a ghost? if so, how were when?

one of my storys. I was in the bath with my little brother, I always have been like a surrogate mum to him. I must have been, 13? and he was about 4. we were playing about and stuff, when suddenly he looks directly at the door and his heads moves toward the wall to our left. he suddenly tuned to me and asked “what that was?”I said “what” he said that rainbow lady. he said that he saw a lady walk into the bathroom and walk through the wall. I said, there wasn’t anything there, he said that he saw this lady, and at four years old, he was adament. naturally pooped my pants and insisted we get out the bath right away. only about a year ago, I was staying over my mums and we had to share a room (bearing in mind he’s 21 now) and we were talking. I asked him if he remembered this event, and he protests, to this day, that he saw, clear as anything, a women coloured with rainbow-like-tv-static walk into the bathroom, change direction and walk through the wall. after all these years he still remembers it as if it were today. and he’s not mamsy-pamsey like me, he’s at uni doing electrical engineering and, with what he saw, he avoids anything to do with ‘that side’ of things now.

but what experiances have you had?

Well I remember when I was about 8 years old I was at a friends house. Shane, Bryan, me, Carrie, and Amy were all playing on the swing set or by the swing set. In Shane’s shed we heard a hard desperate gasp for air then a crash of things falling over. I saw Shane’s cat that was sitting on top of the shed run off the shed roof and onto his trailor roof. Everyone ran inside the shed to see what was happening. When we went in we saw no one there, nothing was knocked over. We took off running.

Answer #5

I have not personaly seen one, but I watch Ghost Hunters on the SciFi channel and OMG that is some freaky stuff there. I think if I ever do see one I would probably have a heart attack!

brain issues tend to have secondary problems for a start. .e headaches, dizziness etc. plus, as I said in the question, this wasn’t a ‘do you believe’ questions. it was a chance for a story to be told.

and it was my brother, not me. and it doesn’t happen regurly, incidentally, you need to write to all those ghost watching progs and tell them in the future, with their EMF detector, they should give a complimentory cat or mri scan to the ‘witnesses’! ;OP fyi, I am sure that people who have had tumours will appreciate your sarcasm!

yesss omg my old house was haunted I swear. I was about 12 and my and my friend were playing the ouija board outside and we were talking to some “spirit” named hannah. we asked hannah if she liked me and she said yes, then we asked her if she likes my friend monica and she said no. then we asked why and she spelt out “because she is f*ucking dead.” and were like “uhhh okay, well bye!” and stopped playing. then my friend and I were talking about how creepy it was when all of a sudden my friends face went blank and she turned her head to the right and stared for a minute and I was like “are you okay..?” and she slowly turned back around towards me and she had the scariest expression on her face… she was pale white and she had tears all down her cheeks and she said “I just saw hannah by the tree!” and I was like hell naw BUMP THAT and I ran my a$$ off to get inside my house while my friend was still traumatized outside lol. she was cryinggg her brains out she was so scared. and then everytime after that when we would try to play the ouija board we always get that same spirit hannah and she’d threaten us. she never goes away >:[

How would I know what I saw was a ghost, and not, say, a hallucination? If you’re seeing these sort of things regularly, I’d suggest going and getting a brainscan - untreated tumors can be deadly.

Answer #9

my old house was haunted.

I was 7 years old, and I was playing catch in my kitchen with my mom and I threw the ball to my mom and she missed, causing it to go into the basement. I ran after with my mom behind me. and in the rocker that was at the house when we bought it was an old lady. when I got a good look at her, she looked at me and disappeared. my mom grabbed me and we ran to the stairs, and at the top of the stairs, there was the lady. and she then vanished again. when we reached the stairs, my mom had just baked cookies and the lady was right next to them and pointed to them.

my mom and dad did research on the house, and they found out that a lady of 65 was poisned by her husband from cookies!

I can still remember everything from this day

I havent had an experience like yours, but on all of my prom pictures which were taken at home around my mums house when I was still living there, there are little ‘sparks’ as you might call them like reflections but there not because they have nothing 2 reflect off and there in the same posistion on each pics and it wasnt the camera becuse they dont appear on the ones that arent took at my mums house but anyway around me theres 3 ‘orbes/sparks’ on every picture taken in my house, my auntie said that they are ‘orbes’ and are the ghost of family members or friends that have passed away, and apparently when they die they go to places they have memories or feel safe e.g my uncle has a lot of memories at my mum and dads house, so I am adiment one of them is my Uncle and one is my Grandma, not sure who the other is though =[

Answer #11

I wasn’t giving a “do I believe” answer - merely pointing out that just because I might have seen something that fits the (very vague and inclusive) descriptions people give of ghosts, how am I to know if it was ‘actually’ a ghost or not?

And I’m not being entirely sarcastic. Visual and auditory hallucinations can be caused by brain tumors, and they’re not always accompanied by headaches or other obvious symptoms.
