OBESE PERSON TRYING TO LOSE WEIGHT FOR A WEDDING

HOW MUCH WEIGHT CAN A 245 LB WOMAN LOSE BY WALKING 2.5 MILES EACH NIGHT AT A BRISK PACE? My best friend is getting married in October (4 months away) and I am one of her brides maids, she has 9 total and I am by far the fattest.

you should first talk to your doctor ask him/her how much weight you need to loose to be in the healthy weight range for your age and height then ask if you have any problems that might stop you from loosing the weight (heart conditions for example) then to start loosing weight work towards exercising for at least 10-30 minutes a day start at 10 minutes then work your way up and eat healthy and try to switch any soda drinks, fruit juice drinks and energy drinks with water because there all full of sugar first you need to get familiar with exerscising dont just go out and start doing it because that could cause more problems start off slowly

If you keep at it, and eat/drink healthy I would say about 30-40 pounds. (more or less) Good luck!
