not showing how I feel. is that bad?

in public I dont really show how I feel. I always act(or try) to be happy and hyper all the time around people. mainly at school. I dont want people seeing me when I break. lately I’ve been going through a really hard time because I nv get to see my boyfriend because his stepmom hates my fricking guts. so out in public I act like it doesnt bother me but when I get home I go in my room and cry.

some people have yelled at me for keeping my feelings bottled up from everyone. Is this really a bad thing to do?

Well its a good thing that you cry to let it out of your system. Is what your doing really bother you? I mean I am the same way. But I gtg mail me I’ll give you advice I really think I can help you with this one.

Yeah, it is bad :/ I do it too, and my doctor, my step mom, my dad, and my mom all say I’m going to get really sick if I keep it up. It’s a good thing that you’re crying though. Try writting, or talking to a sibiling (if you have some and are close to them) Or a really good friend. You shouldn’t have to hide your feelings,

I hope I’ve helped , <3

well… if you’re keeping your feelings to yourself to not worry anyone… I tottaly understand that, but you’ve got to understand that they’re worried about you… especially if they’re good friends of yours, they’ll most likely see that something is bugging you! as heartbleed has said, it’s good that you cry out your feelings, but not having someone to talk to about your emotions isn’t really good. it’ll just lead you to being stressed, try sharing your feelings with someone… like you are here. I sure hope your boyfriend’s stepmom lets her guard down, and you’ll hopefully get to see him sometime soon! hang in there hun!
