Is it normal for someone to shake when they get really angry?

I shake when im angry as well. I always thought i was shaking because my body, and muscles were tensing up causing me to shake. I believe it is normal

This then makes the body release fatty sugars and this makes your your blood sugar higher this proces is giving u energy. And anger isnt the only emotion that lets of this response. In the case of anger, its just the strongest. When we are anger our heart rate inceeases up to 180 beats per minute or even higher in comparison to the normal heart rate whoch is about 80 beats per min. Even your blood pressure increases to 220 to 130 or even higher. This all result’s in shaking dont worry Connor.

Yes it is normal… I never shake when I’m angry prob because I never got angry enough..so yesterday in school I got so angry that I started shaking… so yea its normal

yes. but i don’t see how something can upset you enough to shake, alot of things aren’t worth getting angry about. according to my bf the vein on my neck protrudes when i’m upset. who knows what that means lol

i annoyed with stupid more often than angry. so i guess i can agree on you with that, but i have come to the conclusion you can’t change stupid haha

Yes and shaking kind of relieves some of the stress from the time your angry.
