Sorry but that is anatomically incorrect- the gallbladder is under the liver and behind the ribcage, the “pee” is probably just vaginal secretions as a result of stimulation & excitement.

You’re right about the gallbladder, but the “pee” is probably pee. Women often feel that urge right after having sex because the movement rubs right against that area, that much stimulation is bound to cause the need to pee. As long as you don’t go all out on the bed, you’re fine, he probably didn’t even notice. And as an extra tip, it’s a good idea to go AFTER, not before having sex, it reduces chances of having a urinary tract infection. Just by a smidge, but it helps.
