You could but I’ve done it, feels greasy and nothing tastes right after a while, even after it wears off, I wouldn’t reccommend it

I wouldnt, i dont think it would absorb the same on your lips as it does on skin. if you need a chapstick use Vaseline, or just get a chapstick.
yes actually certain lotions can also make ur lips alittle swollen making them appear alittle fuller. i personaly prefer aveeno daily body lotion, and it makes my lips alittle swollen everytime i apply it :)
I do that, i like to put lotion on my face and on my lips, but I also use chapstick throughout the day.
You can, it does make them soft and everything but the effects dont last very long, you still need chap stick later on.
