Is it normal for me to be light-headed 5 days after dislocating my shoulder?

its like i cant catch a break with being hurt ill or something worse i feel so depressed cause im scared i got a blood clot… ive decided to start exercising my dislocated arm to pump some oxygen into my blood the dr bills r getting too much and soon i wont be able to pay them wich sucks did u experiance this ?

Sorry man I can’t help because I really don’t know:/ I mean I guess it’s possible that you have a clot but check the symptoms of having a clot online and self diagnose yourself if you don’t want to go to the doctor. But honestly the light headedness is probably due to something else. Drink lots of water and if you do work out drink even more water

Are you on any medication for your injury? If so, you can check the medication online and see if that is one of the side effects. Other than that, it’s not uncommon for someone to feel light-headed after receiving an injury - pain is a complex thing, and it accompanies many other symptoms. Are you trying too hard to “pump oxygen into your blood”? You need to be careful when exercising an injury, or you risk more severe damage.
