well, the best answer i can think of is because God wanted it that way, and because it drives them absolutely nuts when you run your hand over them…haha. but in reality, it’s because it’s a secondary sex feature…girls are attracted to them oftentimes, and guys like it when they are touched and such.

wtf, i already answered this!!! its because when your growing inside your mother before your decides to be male or female, your default setting is female!! so the body grows for that then decides which sex, by that time you already have nipples :)
