I’m pretty sure it just means you’re getting the system and not the power pack. So it would be pretty worthless to buy, you really need the power cord.
yep, it sounds like all your getting is the consol and none of the accessories it otherwise came with, like the power pack as mutt monster says so it would be better to buy the entire consol with all the accessories im sure theres a lot more on ebay so have a good look around before you buy one make sure your getting the consol power pack and cords at least 1 controller and some of them will even be throwing other things like a few games they dont want
