haha yep, Nightwish are pretty rad! they formed in1996, so there pretty old now (but pretty new to most people) and there finnish! a lot of other good music comes from finland too…

well I have the cd -ONCE, from NIGHTWISH, it came out in 2004. I hadn’t heard of them until 2004 when I bought the cd. they appear to be danish? or swedish? finnish? not sure of their nationality. I love their vocalist Tarja Turunen, very haunting vocals- sort of amy lee style. I was pleasantly surprised with this band- I took a chance on the cd without hearing any music from this band. I really like them. I don’t know how far back they go- so I would say they are a fairly recent arrival (4 or 5 years) to the metal scene. now here is the catch for this information. you can read this. you can tell your mother this information. you can tell the little squirrel. BUT YOU CAN’T TELL HILLARY CLINTON- she really doesn’t need to know.
