Yeah apparently - they described their first kiss the exact same way so it was obviously with each other. I’m almost certain they are dating - how cute. :)

at about 8.10 Ryan Seacrest asks Nick if he is dating Selena and you can see what he says lol … it isnt a direct ‘yes’ but you can sorta tell they are. (p.s you may want to go onto part 2 of the interview).

but at an interiew at the teen choice awards Selena said that she was dating but not nick jonas :S

so who knows.
