How to get my parents to let me out on New Year's Eve?

How can I get my parents to let me out on, on New Year’s Eve. ? Im 17 and think that is sick to be home on new years when I could be having fun with my boyfriend and friends…my parents think that im to young to go out on new year’s and think that I should stay home instead so they can keep and eye on me and make sure that im not doin anything wrong. Or there going to make me babysit my younger siblings! HELP!

my parents are the same way when I ask they say no so what I do is sneek out but this year I got an okay be home at 6:00am is I asked to sleep over at my friends house she said yeah when you to go your friends have her mom say you guys can to a party and just split up from there

tell them that you believe you deserve your freedom and that you would really like to go out…but be careful bout making promises…like if you say this and they look unsure just let them think dont say like…I will come home earlier because they might have already been ok with it and now your stuck comming home! lol

It’s all about trust.. of course tell them that you need your freedom and stuff. Say what you’re doing, times and stuff and whos house you may be staying at. Compromise with them. Good Luck

try do do somethin earlier with your parents or siblings so then la8ter you can go out. or do somethin before or after new years eve !! : )

Maybe they’ll allow it if you can get someone they trust to go and look after you - it’s hard for them to let go of their baby - obviously they care, love you, and try to look after your best interests - many, many don’t have that…Hope everything works out, Happy New Year !!
