new tower or laptop? cost?

okay so the current tower I have now has been giving me trouble. the graphics driver is all screwed up, sound card isnt working, and its just a lil old. and im a gamer so its pretty annoying that I can’t play pc games anymore. should I buy a new tower or just a laptop? mind you that the tower or laptop would have to be acceptable for a gamer to buy haha. which would cost more? thanks

A lap top will always cost more, no matter what spec. just go on any site and you’ll see. I’d always go for a tower as these can be updated and added to cheaper and easier than laptops can.

Laptops have limited expansion capabilities and are pretty much only good for portability, so if its only gaming your after id stick with a tower, for cost specs and expansion it will always be a winner
