new hairstyle??

okay I want a new hairstyle but I want one like so they call it “scene hair” but I have looked at some pictures and most of them look like you need long hair. and I have short well medium hair it’s about maybe an inch or 2 inches below my shoulders, so any advice to what I can do to get the look. Um I have a lot of layers and I also dyed it jet black but some of the color came out on the top so its black and brown. Please helpp.

umm I would go and ask the place you go to, to get your hair done and if you do have to have long hair I would end up gettin a diff style and if you dont have to have long hair obviously get it done
