Neutral eyes

I want barely there make-up, I hate having to wear colour all the time on my eyes as that gets rid of the darkness of my eyelids. What brands are best for neutral barely there make-up to brighten my eyes. I have green/hazel eyes. I just want to wear black mascara and a bit of eyeliner and concentrate on my lips being my feature :0 Can anyone help?

there are some called bare or natural makeups just look for skin color and foundation or coverup works really good

Wear bare minerals for foundation, but then for your eyes just wear a base… like the base you do before you actually apply the eyeshadow, this can be found at your local wally world, aka walmart, and then, wear lip gloss for bare-lips… good luck..
