You can take GABA, its a neurotransmitter that helps promote the presence of Alpha Waves, helping you to relax and increase concentration. This is completely safe and can be found at places like “Super Supplements”. Also, try eating a banana before the audition. Bananas are high in B vitamins, which help with stressful situations. Good luck, and remember positive thinking, as corny as it sounds, has been scientifically proven to be effective!

u can try chewing gum or variuos other things that bring u personal comfort but practice makes perfect the more u do it the better u get practice the audition with a bunch of friends & family

Though addrenalin is a form of hormone, there is nothing you can do to ignore nervousness, but to cope and even find it entertaining, you can think of stupid things that would make them enjoy the performance that much more. For example, saying rubber ducky in 10 different tones before going on stage to sing your heart out. Or anticipating a “bouuuooo” and relplying with a super sexy tone of pitch(not sound effect, but tones appealing to the ear).

Or even the old saying: “picture yourself in underwear” NO BETTER YET, PICTURE WHAT KIND OF UNDERWEAR YOU WOULD FIND FUNNY LOOKING. The intent is to bring laughter to your nervousness. It incorporates positivity. Ultimately, if your positive, nothing you say, do or feel will come out completely negative.
