Why cant i log into neopets?

can’t login to Neopets. Frusterating, it’s been like this for weeks.

From the Neopets Webpage:

Login Problems: Please check that you are using your correct username and password when you try to log in. If you are unsure what this is simply click on “Log In” (in the yellow side bar) and enter your username in the “Lost Your Password” box. Your username and password will now be e-mailed to you.

If, after receiving confirmation of your password, you still cannot login, there are a few other things to take into consideration. Copying and pasting the information from the e-mail can create spaces before and/or after the password, which will cause the system to reject it. If you are typing it in directly, be sure you have the most updated version of your browser installed. Older versions may cause conflicts when logging in. If none of this has helped, check the settings of your computer’s clock and calendar. The system is time sensitive and if your date and time is incorrect the system will not give you access to your account.

So, you’re logged in, but you get the log in page?

Then you need to try this:

If you are repeatedly getting the login screen, try refreshing once or twice and check to see if you actually are logged out or not. Most of the time, you will still be logged in, the login screen appearing is just a temporary bug.

If it is determined that you are constantly getting logged out, you can check and/or attempt the following alternatives:

  1. Delete your cookies and log back in
  2. Disbale your antivirus software while playing Neopets
  3. Make sure your date and time on your computer is current
  4. Lower your browser’s security setting

yes, it just moves me back to the homepage, not logged in. Every time!

I’ve contacted them and everything! I use firefox, and internet explorer does not work for it.
