Needing to find advocates asap

He will have to prove it is his child first. That has to be done by a paternity test, and most likely via his attorney in a court of law. The whole thing is quite expensive from what I understand.

On the other side of the coin, perhaps just a simple letter or phone call from his attorney to the mother of the child might resolve a lot to begin with at a much cheaper price.

If the mother will not let him see the child, then he has no legal right to see the child unless he can prove that the child is his to begin with.

In this day and age, also do not overlook the fact that it just might “not” be his as well.

Sorry it didnt process all of the question she is saying it is his daughter but wont let him see her. she was legally seprated when she was born but since she was not divorced this other guy is considered LEGAL dad in the state of idaho we went to the department of health and welfare they said they would have to test this other guy first before him… this was over a year ago!!! we have offered to pay for a DNA test through a private party but she wont does any one know of any advocates in the state or has this happended to any one else???
