How to lose weight with a fracture?

Ok, I need to lose at least 2 or 3 pounds before July of 2008, without hurting myself again. (just fractured my left grouth plate which is near my ankle) The doc says do nothing but walk but I need to do some activities! But what kind should I do? (keep in mind im only a teen and WAY overweight) HELP!

eat healthy and try biking for exercise (that is easier on your feet than walking) but, really. if you only want to loose a few pounds, it’s not that hard. all you actually have to do is eat healthy.

I would just say exersise way more often, and do curlups/crunches, or run around your naighborhood, go to the gym, or there are foods and drinks that you can use that help you loose weight. id also say to stay away from junk food, and if its impossible for you, then just eat a little. there are pills that you take, but for a teen I dont think its that safe. just go on a diet, but not starve urself or anything, just eat healthy foods and exercise more.

Actually you don’t need to exercise, just eat healthly keep away from junk food such as chocolate, crisp etc. My mum lost up to 3 pounds by just eating healthy and it took only a week and she never exercised at all. And it will be a lot better on your ankle.

go on a liquid fast – it will cleanse your body of toxins & on the plus side, you lose weight & don’t hurt your ankle !
