L’Arc~en~Ciel sings some good songs. they’re an older band but they do have some sounds that are up to date and some that are older sounding.. Ice Romancer by Sadie is really good.. An Cafe’s older songs sound good but they’re completely up to date. TheMe by Ayabie

well some good underground rap I would say blackalicious, maybe j dilla, peanut butter wolf, and bus driver is pretty small but great.

And for indy rock l;ike some slow things I would say Camera obscura. Decemberists

if you like electronica I would say sebastian and mstrkrft.

really fun music is Of Montreal (listen grondalic edit, best song.)
