itunes account is free… only thing that costs is to download songs from them, but you don’t have to download songs from them either… you can use a third party down loader or import cds

iTunes account is not free,I have tried signing up while editing my iPod songs,contact Apple.com to get the information you need.

hmm that intrigues me, because back when I signed up (granted it has been appx 4 or more years) I didn’t have to pay anything, but I know a lot of their policies and things have changed since then…
