Need everyone's help

I like this guy, but he is in the 10th grade, and im in the 9th. but I made the mistake of asking him out, but we never really talked at all. I really like him, but how could I get him to say yes. he said it was an I don’t know, then a maybe, then a no, then a maybe-ish when I asked him friday. so im confused. I wave at him and I JUST WANT TO GET TO KNOW HIM…HOW CAN I GET HIM TO SAY YES NEXT TIME I ASK HIM???

Don’t ask him out if you don’t know him well ? Personally, If I was a grade 10 boy, and some grade 9 I didn’t know asked me out I’d be preeety creeeped out actually. No offence or anything. But how do you knwo you like him if you don’t know him ? Mabye hes a cute JERK that is super rude? Mabye just start by saying Heey in the hallway when you see him and smiling. then move into small convos in the caf and stuff and keeep moving UP with LITTLE STEPS LIKE THAT I read your other question too. DON”T ASK THIS GUY TO cHURCH you need to get to know him and when udo, ask him to like a movie ? not church lmfaooo
