they can go to sprint.com or whatever sign in their account and they can read the msgs . but I dont believe they can see the pics . . . im not sure .

Not at all. I’ve seen cell spy software sell for under $20. The REALLY fancy ones designed to work with your smart phone’s GPS so they can actually track your movements without you knowing, those are a more expensive, but you could certainly swing it for under $100 with a quick Google search.
