Natural or not?

Is violence naturally part of life?

Answer #1

I think so. you only need to look at the animal world to see there is a place for it…

however, unlike the rest of the ‘animal kingdom’ we don’t really need to use it anymore, it’s used for the wrong reasons…humans have a very broad variety of ways to communicate and relate to one another, without the need for it. but it seems, people ‘need’ to flex their muscles and let others know ‘their muscles are bigger than someone else’s’

but man has evolved, but there must be some primitive part of the bran that keeps that part active. I think the primitive brain is the first part of the brain to develop in us (the one that make you experiance ‘flight or fright’) so maybe, we were never meant to evolve…and staying primitive would have been safer for everyone!

since the we have aggression, ability and worst now, technological skill, the possbilitys for the damage or harm caused to humans and animals alike could be devastating…

I basically think we don’t ‘fight’ anymore for primitive reasons, but we still have that drive to be the ‘alpha male’ but we’re living in a world where we can communicate..but the thing is, people forget to listen when communicating, truely hearing and respecting another persons opinion, belief or choice is an essential part to a harmonious world, but government and cult leaders need to be told that…not us mere mortals…
