Name of this song and band

I’ve heard this song several times but can’t find the name or band that sings it. Some of the lyrics are “you were sent by an angel from the sky above. It’s a slow rock song. Can anyone shed some light on this?

There are about a million songs with that lyric. Do you know the line right before or after that lyric?

No. Sorry but I’m pretty sure it’s an older song just from the format the radio station plays.
