Nair? Smart or stupid?

Nair? I have been using that nair cream but im told it will/can give me a 3rd degree burn, bad skin, irritated skin, bad rashes? Im not sure I get dry skin but alil lotion helps that. Should I stop useing it tho? It works tho

Answer #1

I used it for years never burnt me as long as you use it like it says and don’t leave it on over the time it needs to be on for then it is fine

don’t listen to who ever it is told you it would burn you like that I don’t really think hair cream would burn you like that

Answer #2

Theres a chance it could itch but its unlikely. Its a very good product, I use it so I would know. If there are any type of skin irritations, apply moisterizer. Be sure to use Nair TM properly. View directions. may help..

Answer #3

…do you honestly think, if it actually gave people THIRD DEGREE BURNS, that the company would still be in business, or even be allowed to sell their product?

What kind of idiots are you listening to?

Answer #4

if you leave it longer than said you might get rashes or all that other stuff…NOT 3rd degree burns..

Answer #5

I’ve gotten burns from nair before. you just have to make sure you don’t leave it on too long. Some girls don’t read the directions and leave it on for more than 5 minutes, so they get burned.

but remember, it’s a harsh chemical, so it is probably really bad for your skin. if you’re worried about it, stop using it.

I actually did a test with nair on one leg and just shaving the other. the shaved one actually stayed gone longer. the naired leg was fuzzy again in a couple days.

Answer #6

My sister actually got second degree burns from veet and so did her friend, but nair is a good product. I haven’t heard of anyone having problems with it yet.

Answer #7

Naww. I used Nair all the time when I was younger so I didnt have to shave. But I used it on my legs, not my pubes. :D

Answer #8

simple answer, if it is working for you without irritation then use it, if it is bothering your skin then stop using it.

Answer #9

If you’re getting dry skin don’t use it. I hate nair.

Answer #10

I’ve actully had nair on longer then the reccomened time and all that happend was irrated skin and a little bit of burning and itching, so yeah itsbest to leave it on for the reccomened time.
