How can I get beautiful long nails?

so you want to know how to get beatiful long nails well i have then i think -.- anyways i just leave them to grow anmd from time to time a file them to make then smooth not sharp don’t want to hurt anyone LOL

ello!!! uhm my nails are pretty ppl say lol they look like acrylics but they arent and all i do is eat alot of protien..mainly fish..it has a lot of great anti-oxidents for your nails & hair. uhmm also there is a really good green tea growth polish that i use by “sally hanson” they have really good nail products. also remember that even tho u want your nails long after a certain point u should file them a bit to allow them to continue to grow. yep yep

-If your one of those people that like biting their nails, DON’T DO IT. Just think “No, no I can’t bite my nails, I’m growing out my nails, I’m growing out my nails, I’m growing out my nails!”

-If you have thin nails, use nail hardener. You want thick nails.

-Eat lots of calcium and protein!!

-Once your nails start getting long, use a nail grinder or similar and shape them to look like professional nails. (You can try to print out a picture of perfect nails, then try to shape your nails the same way.)

-Paint them a pretty color or have someone else do it if your not very good!
