yea I would use nail strengthener polish. I use that and yea it does work. Also when you get a hang nail or a jagged nail or whatever never bite them use a filer !! (=

You can get a nail strengthener polish - they really do work. Also taking pre-natal vitamins with help your hair and nails grow.
