Nail Biter

I have a really bad habit of biting my nails…sometimes I just randomly find myself biting my nails…they are very short, but I want them to be long…How do I prevent nail biting, or at least stop it?

well I had this problem since I was 8 and it continued till noe I am 15 btw… I just couldent stop… but then a month ago I had braces for my teeth… and now even if I try to bite I cant…hehe trust me… if you are trying to kick this habit you wont… take it from an ex nail biter

always keep nail polish on them! it tastes so bad so keep it on them and then you won’t bite them! or buy the gross stuff that you put on them that make them taste crazy bad :) you can get it at like any beauty store :)
